This exact same thing happened to a guildmate of mine. He lost access to his account for a while, and then when he got it back his character was max level, fully geared, and wealthy. I guess it's not a bad exchange since you weren't trying to play the account anyway! It's scary to see people getting their accounts stolen, but it's nice to see some people are getting a decent return from the events.

Anyway, I'm really excited about the 30 new ascended amulets! After getting rings for all my characters I'm ready to work toward something new.
