I do know what you mean here, but part of the issue is that waypoints are also resurrection shrines.
Running through everywhere is just ridiculously easy compared to GW1 as well. Even pre-nerf orr wasn't that bad relatively speaking.

As much as It pains me to say it I really hate most of the Dungeon gear, armor and weapons alike. Ghastly have some cool skins and the inqusition/kodan rifle is alright but overall far too much over the top looking things for my taste. Hopefully there will be a lot more weapons/armor outside of dungeon gear.
