Home World choice wipe?

With the upcoming BWE3 character wipe, has it been confirmed anywhere that it's a total wipe, including home world selection aswell, or just the characters?
Personally, I'm hoping for it, as I have a new friend who's purchased the game, but I've totally forgotten which realm was my home.
