I deceided to go for full Rampager's jewels set for PVE and I dont think there would be any problems with survivabily. WwW is a different story and Im going to craft Knight's set of armor + Emerald jewels set for WwW.
As for my choice of runes, Im thinking of Superior Rune of Divinity setup for both PVE/WwW.
