I use it when I am farming. It provides a very high burst damage. Just use Net Shot followed by Granade Barrage, Throw Wrench and Surprise shot. If the enemy survives use Jump Shot and Overcharged Shot to finish him.
The perma swiftness due to Speedy Kits should provide the mobility you need and the rifle has enough range to tag mobs far away.
Survivability is good because of the low cooldown heal of the Medkit.

I used this build to farm Snow Trolls and was pretty successful.
