Personal Fractals Level and daily chest

Hi,

so far I've read that if my personal level is lower than the one I'm in my loot will be based on my peronal level.

But what about the daily reward chest (for completing the solid ocean Fractal)?

If my personal Level is 10 or 11 and I do level 12, will I get a chance to get an ascended ring or not?

So I actually just wanna know whether i can skip all the uneven levels and do level 12 on day 1 and 2, level 14 on day 3 and 4 and so on if I start with lvl 10.

It says on the wiki:
"Fashion is an achievement category for achievements earned by collecting cultural armor from all five playable races."

What is meant by collecting?

What happens if I destroy a piece or use it for Transmutation? Does it go back or is it like: I got 6 pieces use them for Transmutation, I don't lose the 5 Achievement points, but if I buy something else i start at 0 pieces again?

so since tomorrow is supposed to bring the update with laurels... does anyone know whether they'll be a reward for the daily right away?

they said the monthly would start in february, but i haven't read anything about the dailies yet.

also does anyone know when the update will come exactly?

unable to log into the Account and GW1

hey,

i've been playing in the stress test earlier and all worked out fine (same goes to gw1), but no gw1 tells me my password is wrong and the account management page for gw2 says the same. anyone else unable to log in or did somebody hack my account already?
