Actually, all of the necromancer's weapon skill applicators of bleeding apart from scepter 1 are aoe. Also, I wouldn't consider epidemic some bonus you get to perform every once in a while, seeing as the cooldown is only 15(12) seconds. Other than that, consider that you can use epidemic to effectively double the effect of aoe conditions on all targets except your epidemic victim (on all enemies that are hit with the aoe skills and are within 600 units of the epidemic target).

Like Vysander said: the 1 recipe is more consistent. The reason for this is normal probability; more total samples are going to yield a result closer to the average (33%, again what Vysander said). The 10 recipe is more of a wild card in that RNG is more likely to either bless you or screw you over (the 1 recipe is also subject to RNG of course but, again, you're going to have more samples). Use the 1 recipe if you want to play it safe, and the 10 recipe if you want to gamble.

Yeah, it's a big shame some people can't play a game without being a douche for some reason or another. Whether you stay silent or try to explain your mindset in the midst of the match, I'd like to think most people are mature enough to realize who in the chat is the kid and who is not ;-).

Seeing those numbers, I gotta ask: Would anyone happen to know if Assassin's Signet and Hidden Killer or Sigil of Intelligence would increase the damage taken by everybody hit by a Cluster Bomb, as well as the crit chance of the attack on all enemies hit? I'm unsure as to whether or not I'd really give up executioner or my only shortbow sigil slot, but I find it a fun thought. Regardless, swapping weapons back and forth in WvW isn't much of a problem, even if it's only for the sigil benefits.

I would test this myself, but I won't have access to the game for a few days.

In Topic: my opinion of this game just hit rock bottom.

Are you sure you weren't dazed? Because that's the only control effect a thief can apply to you in the repeated way you've described. Alternatively, it could have been Pistol Whip stuns, but those only last half a second each.
