Rapidly approaching level 20 in the Fractals.  My guildies have been preaching for weeks that once you reach level 20 the fun and games end and it becomes serious business.  Have always played my ranger 30/30/10/0/0 build with full glass cannon gear, LB and SB for weapons.  I am looking to respec and need some help.  I wish to stay with a longbow-centric (I have Kudzu)  build, secondary weapon is negotiable.  I have the tokens to buy a full soldiers set of armor and plan to keep my zerkers neck and earring along with the karka shell accessory, 2 fractal rings (zerker stats) and the fractal backpiece (again zerker stats).


Will that be good enough to survive the impending doom?


If it is how should I rune the armor?  Was thinking ranger runes but am open to suggestions.

Thought I would pass along my thoughts/experiences on the vanilla bean situation and where I find them.  Over the past three weeks I have been doing a ton of farming in every zone as well as leveling 4 toons thru several of the lower zones here are the 2 places I have found vanilla beans and FOUND THEM CONSISTENTLY.



Sparkfly Fen : Verdant Herb nodes.  About a 1 in 15 chance to get the beans.

Brisban Wildlands :  Just north of the words Koga Ruins on your map on the southern end of the swamp is an escort event that spawns every 12-17 minutes.  It is a mossheart spirit.  Start his escort and keep him alive.  Is very soloable.  He eventually ends up at a frog people camp and they turn hostile and attack.  Again keep him alive and kill the frogs.  When you complete the event a few second after you get the reward 3 herb nodes will spawn directly in front of the mossheart.  I have done this event 10+ times and have gotten at least one of the nodes to give me beans all but one time.  Twice they all gave me beans and I peed a little.

P.S. I know there is a "Vanilla Bean" thread but when I began reading it there is what I consider misinformation in there.  That is why I chose to start a new thread.

I am looking for the "Superior" sigil and runes recipes for 400 level crafting.  I have checked the karma vendors in Lions Arch pattern tab and didn't see them.  I also have googled it and can't find any info.  I am sure I am just missing something that is obvious.  Any help is appreciated.
