does any1 know where i can find/buy the recipes for armorsmithing and weapons smithing?

Hi guys. My traits are 0-15-30-20-5 with AH + EM. I currently reached lvl 80 and now im planing to get better gear as all i have at the moment are ones that dropped for me during leveling.

My question is with which armor- , weapon- and accessory stats would you recommend to get as much crit possible? I seem to not get an overview of what to get :-(
