Not very weird, most people got the problem as me, certainly people with the clocked version which seems to cause a bug.
And my overclock is stable, again. It increased the stability alot, my overclock to 4.2. So that is not the problem.

"Most people"

As if you actually know that. Fact is you don't because you have absolutely no statistics to draw from. Just more hyperbole from you really.

Perception is not the same as fact. Logic is a trait lost on you apparently. Here's where you go wrong you see.

Premise 1: The game doesn't run well on my i5 2500k and GTX 680.
Premise 2: If the game doesn't run well on my computer, the client is unoptimized.
Your conclusion: The client is unoptimized.

Problem: The game runs well on other computers with that same hardware.

You are using several fallacies in order to try to push your conclusion. Besides the informal fallacy you committed, argumentum e silentio and petitio principii comes to mind as well.

I'm sorry "freind", but the problem is on your end. I am glad you don't know enough about computers to fix it yourself though, your unnecessary hostility through this threads doesn't exactly leave me feeling sorry for you.

Now I'm off to play gw2 on my i5 2500k and GTX 680 with a constant 60 fps.

Hehe, I told you already that it is not. I have done benchmarks and driver tests, installed and reinstalled windows 7 and all that, stress testing my system. Everything is fine, aswell as my performance IN ALL OTHER GAMES, which is a proof that if one game gives me trouble meanwhile I max BF3 at 150 FPS easily, theres something wrong with GW2. Owned.
lol, owned? Dear lord, what are you 8?
Your computer working fine in all other games is not a proof of nothing being wrong on your side, I understand not everyone has more then average understanding of computer programming and engineering so I do not expect you to be able to grasp that concept, it is only proof of the problem being very specific. Most likely it's a combination of several factors causing your performance issue with this specific game. It could be something as simple as your CPU not getting enough voltage, by a incredibly small margin, due to a faulty PSU causing it to be just slightly unstable and the only game you're seeing the problem in is GW2 because of some combination of factors between the game engine and your hardware. Really, there could be thousands of reasons for your issue. Based on your last post I take it you have a basic computer understanding and sometimes you just need more then that to figure out why something isn't working. I suggest you contact ArenaNet support as the game is, again, most certainly playable on that set up and you should never be seeing less then 50 FPS. Not even in WvW.

What it is most certainly not proof of is a widespread performance issue with the client, and you spreading such misinformation to the OP is not helpful. So I would ask you kindly to be respectful and not comment if you don't know what it is you're talking about.

You could try booting from the Windows disc and selecting "Repair Windows start up issues" (or words to that effect). The problem may or may not be fixed by that.

Edit - or you can access the Repair option by pressing F8 during boot up, before Windows starts.

No one is going to be frightened or impressed by a necromancer with a ascot.
The best necromancers are always dashing.  The hearts of their enemies are no concern.  Soon, they shall be ripped out and reanimated, so who cares if their final thoughts were of fear or fancy?  Nay, it is the fine ladies that catch the proper necromancer's eye, and he dresses to impress.

After all, you can't spell necromancer without romance.

Woah woah woah. I disagree completely with this statement

#1658638 Would you consider this game to be "simple" ?

All the people who played the BWEs and still think GW2 is a complex game never played GW1.
