This one is the Carrion based Pistol/shield build. A bit more freestyle as there are alot of features you can replace with your own. Like using dual pistols. And replacing the utility skills to your liking. Although we might not get the best damage output from conditions, it's still decent enough. You can even tamper with the Elixir Gun, by adding bleeding duration in exchange for bleeding damage. And survivability wise, well, you get a good amount of it, enough to sacrificate one of your utility skills for the Elixir U. It's also the build with the biggest amount of surprises.

PS: You can also replace the Elixir U with the Missile turret, it does quite a nice amount of burning damage.
This is pretty much the same build i'm using atm, just other major traits that describe manner of playing

today I tested some builds like grenadier, support build, healing build, power rifle build.
And come to a conclusion that the best way to find "suitable" build is just lvling through wvwvw and trying to fulfil your role.
As a remind, i'm using this atm:
http://www.gw2db.com...|48791|0|0|0|0|Constantly trying to reconsider my utilities to play various games with one build but the main theme stays the same. Put some support for your squad, put some defensive walls, heal fields, some defensive boons, when staying dangerous in damage (condition stacking with piercing shots is a disaster for locked enemies)
The only thing i'd like to say that I don't like grenades at all. I have no problems with "piano-playing", actually it was never frightening me, but only grenades and mines feel wrong for me. I don't know why(
Sorriez for bad english by the way, I've tried my best.

For your glasscannon:

I left the runes out because you want ruby orbs. And I left out the last 10 traitpoints because they are completely up to you. I recommend either +50% endurance regen through tools or the vigor on swiftnes in alchemy (these two don't stack btw). But incendiary powder (+ the 100 power that come through that), or even the stealth when CCd are nice. Your choice. Just do me the favour and don't try and use blunderbuss or jumpshot in anything over a 1v1. A sneeze will kill you, so you WANT to stay at 1000-1200 range and lay down havoc, not tunnelvision and jumpshot into the fray.

I personally run a 30/20/0/20/0 spec with rabbid-stats (conddmg, prec, toughness), 2 lyssa and 4 nightmare runes. This lets me easily switch between flamethrower+bombkit+elixir S + supply crate out in the field to grenade kit + elixir r + elixir s + mortar during sieges without respeccing, just reassigning some major traits.
Thx a lot for your posting.
Yesterday i've tried sort of nade spec and got very dissappointed by it. Not much direct damage improvement since i'm loosing all of my survivability, burst and defensive tools (toss elixir u, super speed, slick shoes, etc.) and moreover afterdamage (conditions) is a full joke: In my own build i can stack various conditions on multiple targets that will tick about 700-1000 dmg per secong + mine almost always crits for about 400-500 self buffed. Compare it with unreliable grenades, dealing about 1000-1100 damage (but in aoe). It doesn't make sense for me.
May be i'm doing something wrong?

P.S. I'm usually running with my squad (20 people), having full buff (25 stacks of might, other buffs), and facing crowds of people (more than 40, lesser are jsut steamroll for us)

Yes, armor that requires karma or badges to acquire. You should look through gw2db.com or other sites to find our which one.

Apologies. My engilsh gone bad :(
Well, Under control i meant an ability to troll people for a while with various engis tricks, shorter cooldowns - more trolling, longer durations - more trolling, vitality+tougness - more trolling , stacking might - the way you will try to do damage
