I haven't tried this but; permeating wrath seems like it would pair up with "renewed justice" very very well.
Especially with a large group of weaker mobs. Renewed justice is great, sometimes I cant hit it fast enough it keeps recharging so fast. Constant AOE blind plus constant AOE burns would avoid a lot of damage and put out a ton of dps.

I know theres some alcohol for sale from a vendor right in front of the BLTP in LA.
You also have to make sure everyone's post processing is on, without it there will be no visible "drunk" effects.

Yep, I always apply it at the beginning of a fight, and only pull if necessary, it's great DoT.

Karma armor sets from temples in Orr, dungeon armor sets and craftable armor sets for level 80 are all exotic. All exotic armor sets have max stats, so it's only a matter of looks. So it's really a choice of looks, or getting the cheapest available set you can.
It's the same for weapons. For example, all level 80 exotic greatswords have the same damage and max stats.

Just going to expand on this, you aren't wrong or anything. Yes the stats are all maxed, but the ratio's are different. All exotic greatswords have 1100 damage, but a greatsword with +179 power will hit a lot harder than a greatsword with no power and maybe vitality and condition damage instead. I kind of just add the power directly on top of the weapon damage to rank how hard it hits, because essentially that power goes right into your attack stat.
But then I suppose if you made up that attack elsewhere, it wouldn't even matter.
