My 7850 sometimes gets a bit of random fps drops for like a second in Lions Arch >.>

This is constant though. Not just like turning the camera and getting some slowdown, It makes the game unplayable almost.

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone in this thread that replied to me.  I appreciate the time you took to try and help me out.  It's great to know I can come to these forums if I have any issues, whatsoever.

With that said, I'm a complete moron.  I figured out my fix and it was just changing my power setting back to high performance.  Not sure how the setting was changed in the first place.  Needless to say, I feel like an idiot for wasting everyone's time in this thread that responded in an attempt to help me fix my issue.

Hopefully, there are other people out there that will be able to fix their FPS issue as easily as I was able to.  Maybe this thread will help.

Thanks again everyone,
Jon

Glad your issue is solved. Sadly, that's the first thing I checked when this issue came up. My Drivers are all up to date as well. It's pretty frustrating, I hadn't played the game in like a month and was looking forward to getting back into my groove. After one night of playing, this issue showed up.

I have the same problem. There's also a running thread on the Official forums about this issue. It's pretty lame, as there doesn't seem to be anything we can do about it until they fix it.

Thanks, I didn't know that you can retrain for less.

But I wish it would be free to retrain though because I want to try several builds out before I settle on one.  Having a cost to retrain discourages build experimentation.

Anyone else thinks retraining should be free?

Well, this game is more MMO than GW1 was and you can already swap skills and milestone traits for free so paying a few silver, which is almost nothing at level 80, to respec your points isn't a big deal at all.

It's "unbalanced" because they aren't winning. This is probably the most prime example of a "QQ" thread in all of the forums right now.

This is an MMO. MMO's run 24/7. They have players, playing at all times. This game is not catered to one single demograph of timezone or playerbase. If you want a game to stop running when you stop playing, clearly an MMO isn't for you.
