According to reddit... it seems to be a side-effect of the attempt to fix the "self buffs" that phantasms can have when traited. Hopefully we will see a fix for this soon.
As it is, its not a huge deal for a number of the Phantasms, but with regards to the iBerserker, it actually becomes an issue since it tends to die relatively quickly after summoned without the near immediate "evade" that its attack includes.

Axe Autoattack does the same if not more damage than Axe 5. The only thing Axe 5 has is the ability to hit enemies 360 degrees instead of just in front of you.
I am an axe/shield guy, more because I love the shield skills, but there is no real reason to put an axe in your offhand. The build gives you pretty much 100% uptime on Fury and you are wasting useful skills for that one time you need to hit people behind you.

My thoughts exactly... My alt mesmer is now level 60 and I plan to finish it off soon and I would love to see some exact specs to see. The 0/25/25/0/20 and the 20/20/0/0/30 build would be awesome.

See I thought since it was "Meteorlogicus" it was more about Meteorology and was more about the weather. I figured you would have some sort of random weather event happening around you. I actually had hoped to have something akin to the WoW personal weather generator.
I was working on my "basic" legendary materials thinking this was my best course of action. Although now I honestly do not know what i want to work on. As an Elementalist main, all three main hand legendaries are extremely lackluster. At least Bifrost has a cool footstep effect. Maybe I will just wait and work on the Greatsword or see what the Rifle looks like for my warrior.
