Clones differnet after patch?

It seems like clones have a delay now before the attack once they are summoned. I didnt see anything in the patch notes about this.
Also the sword leap clone #3 isn't working properly. It only sometimes goes to the target and has the same delay as the others.

Sigil of Accuracy

Does Sigil of Accuracy actually work? It says it adds 5% to critical chance but when equipped shows no change on the character spread sheet.

So far i've been running this build. http://gw2skills.net...JbTumkNtIYQwcBA

It has the ability to kill guardians by just auto attacking and dropping a good timed well.
Thieves have alot of trouble with all the aoe and the aoe cripple esp.
As a team build, the aoe dominates points and supports well by removing conditions and + aoe regen mark of blood.

I played around with the traits switching more spite and less blood magic.
I can't decide whether i like more defense or more condidtion damage as the runes + traits add 10% of toughness towards condition damage. I already tick blood damage at 120 per tick or more with the sigil.

Any criticism?

Cannot click to target bug?

IDK what i did, but i cannot mouse click to target anything NPC or Player. Anyone know how to fix this?
