Don't forget that all level 80 characters have a base precision of 916 and base crit of 4%. So your increase in crit is (1962 - 916) / 21 which is 49.8, giving you your 54% crit chance.

In Topic: Max numbers of players in WvW on 21 stress test

I've noticed a queue for WvW several times during the stress test, but a lot less then during other beta weekends/stress tests. The number of players in the WvW zones didn't seem to be a lot more then during the other BWE's/stress tests.

In Topic: Anyone else pre-selected their first five characters yet?

Considering the stated HDD space requirement is 25 GB and the current size of the game files is around 16 GB I'd say that they still have a lot of higher level content that they have to add to the public client. They will also need to update any balance changes they make between now and release.
