Take off healing signet and allow yourself to die. That should fix it.

I have found that with D/D if you stack tons of condition damage you Death Blossom bleeds are a huge damage source. Combine it with caltrops and some dodging around and mobs bleed out without touching you.

Also a good point many have made, the game has yet to be released, any conceptions we build of it are most likely going to be cast to the wind.
