Hello,
As the title says, it would be nice if someone could let me know if the DoT damage while comboing is affected by the initiator or the finisher.
ex. Initiator = elementalist with weapon sets and traits specialized in building up burning DoT dmg.
Finisher = warrior with cyclone axe.
Burning dmg = 4 * Level + 0.25 * Condition Damage per second.
In this case, warrior is the finisher but he does not have any points on condition damage.
Is the DoT damage based on the finisher or the initiator?
Same thing can be said to HoT?
I would appreciate if someone could give me a definite answer for this..I believe it matters a lot!
