I don't think stability has ever properly provided immunity to fear, it only seems to remove fear if you pop it.

Honestly I'm not sure if there is some sort of trick to reliably hit it on a strafing scenario. I don't play that much so I just might have not discovered it. If there is, please share.

You can't read can't you? They provided a big amount of bunker power and team support, but that's the problem itself. Removing it all without substituting it leaves the spec gimped.

Calling them completely op sounds pretty dumb though. Have you even played other classes?
