I might not be in the game anymore, but Im still a member of HB, and I know it frustrates them alot to see those map zergs. It is ruining the game experience for alot of them, to a point where players are leaving the game. I know alot of the Blackgate guilds feels the same way, and I can only guess that some guilds on JQ and SoR does as well.
Now that the we can agree that there is a problem, it is time to talk about solutions. Make a meeting, make a forum thread or just pop in to the other servers vo-ip and have a chat. Set a date where you will start this "re-birth" of Tier1, and have guilds "sign up" as a sign of acceptance towards this new meta game. Have an open and honest discussion about what numbers are causing the lag, set the limit to ~20-30% below it and keep to it no matter what happens. What is important is that you dont break the circle even if the other servers do it.
Last I want to remind you all that every revolution starts with a change in one person. You can be that person reaching out to your friends, your guild or even to the other servers.
