ITT - People calling everyone else bads when they die. I'm sure all you "pro's" died a bit in your time as well, stop acting like you didn't/don't.
!@#$ happens, in some dungeons, a boss will have a skill that's VERY difficult to realize is the one hit kill (Looking at you, AC)
Let's be adults and realize that not everyone is "godtier". Balance is good for most situations because even if you do messup, press the wrong button, you can survive that hit with a bit of hp, and everyone is happy.

I'll keep it short and simple - A few guild members and I use this build on our warriors, and it's incredible. Great Damage, great survivability, and very decent healing. Major props for this, You've done me and my guild quite well by sharing this build.

whether it is moral or not, that is everyone's own decision to make. whether they grant you a refund, that is ArenaNets decision to make.
if they denied me the refund, i would have just quit the game and be done with it anyway. i don't think it's immoral to ask for a refund. as i said, in addition to the 75 euros for the game itself, i also paid another 50 euros for gems, they didn't refund those and i understand that and i'm not making any demands about it.
i didn't threaten, i didn't demand. i felt betrayed by them, in my eyes, they went against the things they stated before the release. i requested a refund and got granted one. what difference does it make how long i've played? at the end of the day, i only wasted my time and my electricity
ArenaNet on the other hand, gained 50 euros for the gems i bought, they're still profitable.

Asked for a refund 3 days ago, they literally *ed me around with Random responses until I was a DAY After the six month period, and then they said they couldn't refund me because they "Don't have the systems in place to refund an account Six months after Purchase"
Oh Anet. Lol.
