- Combat is incredibly dry so far.
- No talentrees / theorycrafting around builds
- Creature animations are really outdated (or as some would say oldschool). And they barely move if theyre not attacked.
- Lack of voiceacting + endless stream of textballloons.
- Most of my hours in this game ive spend running around (esp for the guild quests).
- The storyline so far is worse and more annoying than GW2s main storyline (thats an achievement).
- Impossible to talk in chat due to some of the worst goldsellerspam ive ever seen in any MMO. Imagine wow tradechat on the busiest server in the US/EU but filled with 100% goldsellers.

You must have missed the early days of Guild Wars 2 then, because:
  • Dodging out of the fire is more fun than moving out of the fire, right?
  • Traits are mostly fluff and straight forwards. Most theorycrafters have decreed the best traits for any given weapon or class and most people don't deviate from them. Same for skills.
  • Dredge, Trolls, Giants and Risen would love to have a word with you.
  • Thanks to all the voice acting, the story can't go on with the original plotline since the voice actors are not available. That includes us players being silent Muppets in the latest chapters of the living world story.
  • Most of the early hours you spent in Guild Wars 2 are spent roaming the open world for events and harvesting materials. Is the removal of quest logs really that much of a big deal? No it isn't.
  • Do you play MMOs for story? I thought we played them for a social exercise in asserting our place in a social ladder.
  • Boy, you REALLY missed out Lion's Arch in the early days.

#2236414 Interrupt warrior?

Posted Illein on 25 September 2013 - 02:30 PM

Basically a CC heavy build with either Runes of Perplexity (stupidly OP - giving your target 5 Confusion stacks for a staggering 10 seconds with no internal cooldown whatsoever) + the major trait "Distracting Strikes" of the Strength tree which ups that to 9 stacks per interrupt or you only do the runes, depending on how you want to trait it.

Along with Mesmers and Engineers, Warriors with that rune set are wrecking havoc roaming in WvW currently, because it's fairly easy to play and against what one might think, because it depends so heavily on interrupts, doesn't require a lot of awareness, as people are just spamming the shit out of their skills any way.

It works with a wide array of weapons:

Hammer/LB, Mace/Shield+GS, Sword/Shield+GS, Mace/Shield+Axe/Mace, Hammer+GS, Sword/Sword+Mace/Shield, you name it.

Looks like Human Tier 2 shoulders, Draconic chest and hands, Barbarian legs, and Pit Fighter/Named feet.

Can I ask wich set, or combination, this is? Looks really nice and might be the thing I need to convince myself its worth spending 40g+ for another char slot for a guardian.
Human cultural t2 shoulders, Draconic chest and gloves (crafted), Pit Fighter Legs & Boots,
