cooking, pots?

Hello was just wondering if the various pots you can cook up for everyone to enjoy, like this: http://www.gw2db.com...e-and-meat-stew - are consumed on use or a permanent item?

I am just wondering if the scope trait is working? Back when I read about the nade build I am using they stated the trait was bugged at the time, and since I took a little break I just wanted to know if anything changed.

weapon rune and kits

I am running primerely grenades in WvW and was just wondering if sigils in the rifle are at all effetive when a kit is equiped? Considering a superior sigil of bloodlust but there is not much point in it if the +power stack doesnt build when killing with 'nades.

EDIT: says rune in topic, meant sigil.

Asura thief character creation armor

Anyone know what/how/where to get the armor shown on character creation selection for asura thief?
Kind of looks like the cultural tier 3 but I really hope its not and there is another (read affordable) way to get it.

Advice regarding craftet armor for WvW

So the time has almost come for me to start crafting my exotic armor and I am looking for some advice for what to go for. I am gonna be doing WvW almost exclusively with a bit of duo pve mixed in. Spec will be focused on grenades, shocking I know

I am currently thinking knights or valkyries but I'm just not certain wether toughness or vitality is the way to go, possibly even both with clerics?

Also any advice regarding sigils would be most appriciated. It seems Bloodlust is the way to go for weapon, but for amor?
