Looking for a place to call home

I have an 80 thief, necro, and war.and looking to join a gaming community that  actively runs instances, fotm with a balance of WvW & Spvp. I would like to join an established community that plays multiple games. If your guild drops f-bombs in guild chat and vent then I am not interested. I am looking for  a mature community that understands real life happens, but is on pace with current content.

Strangest Reason for Guild Kick

So I was a member of Sinister Swarm on SoR for a year or so and today was kicked for asking for CoF speed runs. They said I was being exclusive, although people advertised for them all the time. Whats the strangest reason you have been kicked from a guild ?


You have been banned for the following reason:
left guild after warning on speed runs in chat.
Date the ban will be lifted: 02-04-2015, 03:00 PM

100% Map on Alts

I finished 100% map on an alt(I know, I have no life) and to my surprise I was not awarded anything, nor did I receive a nice star by my name. I have 100% I am sure including WvW, the new way points with the release of the patch and have been to the Chamber of secrets for the POI and revisited to see if that would trigger the chest. I have an open ticket with Anet now for a few days, but was curious if anyone has completed the map on an alt received a reward or is my situation the norm?
