Yeah, the entire point of an APU is to get a 'decent' gpu and cpu integrated together for a decent price. Buying an APU and an external graphics card means you essentially just paid money for a "7660D" for nothing.
If you want to experience the game normally I would recommend playing the original order... they are standalone games but the lore is better experienced in the right order imo.
Especially since everything in all the campaigns kinda revolves around the goals of nightfall's big bad.

It is probably the best quad core you can get period at stock-clocks
I get 15-25 FPS in huge WvW zergs with my gtx 680 so he will certainly not get like 20-40 FPS, more likely like me or 5-6 fps lesser. So no, I am serious, GW2 in wvwvww is a very requiring game.
FPS drops with mass players will have more to do with your CPU than your graphics card.
