Started saving gold for my thief tier 3 human cultural medium armor from the time I started the character which was around Oct 7.. At the time my main, a level 80 warrior already have around 15-20g, so I still need another 100g. I got this armor last night, so it took approx. 1 month to save enough gold for it.

I do not do dungeon often, so I don't earn from there, and I do not farm Orr. So from normal playing, selling materials, vendoring green, blue and white items, I manage to get enough gold for the Tier 3 cultural.


I use to think it's too expensive, but it's actually not that bad, and the skin itself is unique, though not all of them look good. I'll probably get an exotic and transmute the stats over later, but for now this will do.

I pre-ordered mine at Amazon, but since I am not in the US, I'll probably receive it first week of September due to holiday in my country. Though if Amazon ship a day early I might be able to get it within that week.

Just bought a GTX660Ti to run GW2, getting decent fps with setting on high.
