I have a set of gear I have purchsed from different karma venders to get the look I wanted. I bought some runes to add stats, like I have with any other gear, but it won't let me apply them to the karma gear.

Is there a way to do this?

Necro scepter damage

I posted this in the necro section but thought this might work better here.

I am trying to figure out how much damage a scepter actually does, with base stats and bleed, poison. I know there are people in this game that can crunch numbers and I am no good with math.

I know that there are a lot of variables to this and I am at work and don't have the exact stats in front of me, so I will give some numbers I know are close to what I have.

I use this scepter http://wiki.guildwar...m/wiki/Big_Juju I have about 1250 condition damage in my build. I know you will need more numbers if you can please tell me what you need I will post when I get home. I know when I am killing a mob the numbers I see per tic are 108, and 125 when I use BiP.

Question about speed buffs

We get a 10% speed boost while having a main hand dagger, Quickening thirst, and there is a Signet, Signet of the locust, that gives a 10% boost for speed.

The question is, do they stack? When i have them both on really can't tell any difference, but...you never know.
