How can we know that Side Strike (trait) works?  Does it really grant +7% critical chance while flanking?  Could arenanet be making a fool of us once more?

I'm not interested in building my own.  There are mixed reviews on Cyberpower, what are your thoughts?

This is a big buy for me, and the first time I would buy a gaming PC.  Please advise me as much as you can, and point out anything wrong with this build.  I can't spend more than $800.

Is it worth using the active (+15% damage next 5 attacks)?  Or do you get roughly the same (or greater) damage output while just leaving it passive (+90 power)?

I excel at the profession I play, I'm rank 36 (but rank is meaningless).   All the TPvP teams require players to speak in voip.  Where did intuition go?  Sure, voice communication is helpful but good players/teams should perform well even without it.

Is there any chance a player like me can find/join a decent tpvp team?

Also, I've only played s/tpvp.  Do most WvW teams/guilds also require players to speak in voip?

We haven't heard from those pompous hacks since launch.  I guess they found out they suck.
