How about a hat storage system?

It seems to me hats are going to be a popular gift during events that happen throughout the year.

In GW1, there was this awesome hat storage system where we would 'show' our special hat to the NPC and it would register the hat your account and you can create as many as you needed for any character on your account. I dunno about you, but I made it a point to collect all the hats I could because... Well, I like novelty stuff.

Can we haz that again for GW2? xD

So... The bugs are getting ridiculous.

Yup. It's awesome being like 90%+ in 4 or so zones only to be stuck because of stupid skill point/heart quest bugs. On top of that, tons of DEs are stuck and bugged out... What the heck is going on AN? I can deal with some bugs here and there but this is getting out of hand.

If you're not gonna permanently fix them now then at least force a server restart or something to reset these quests NPC/mobs?
