Absolutely hate the new dailies.  I don't craft on any characters except my main. I don't dodge with my warrior in PvE.  I don't do combos because no one is around when I play.  So no, I don't like the new dailies.  I wish they left well enough alone.

let me guess, you hate the new dungeon changes too, right? :P

Ya but a really good game should be able to be good for Casual player and Hardcore player. For now, GW2 is pretty good for casual player, it would be nice that GW2 offer more challenging content that a couple of path in certain Dungeon and high level fractal (which btw is now eliminated, the 28th path don't allow you to go higher than level 49 anymore).

I already said it in other topic, ANET should nerf some of the more difficult part of dungeon to adapt to the no respawn policy (like they did in CoF path 2) and then had a Hardcore more for each dungeon. This would give content for casual and hardcore player.

But is this really a solution? If they made a "hard mode" with better rewards, people would still complain. They would cry about how its not fair that THEY cant get those rewards. And that THEY are being punished for not wanting to join a guild. Theres no ends to the complaining.

For the record, im all for the 2 dungeon modes. Im not a hardcore player...i played wow but never raided and even i like this new dungeon change. It should have been like this from the start. Its not just the hardcore players that want a challenge.

The dodging is easy. Either go to orr in one of those events that have a ton of risen and just jump into a huge droup and dodge. Youll get credit for 4 or 5 dodges. Or Get a couple devourers on you. Their ranged projectice is easy to dodge and you get credit for 2 dodges per devourer. Ressing aint that bad either. Theres a heart in kessex with a bunch of dead fisherman that you can get credit for, or a group of dead npcs just south of the norther most skill point in blazeridge.

Seriously Omedon, you have got to stop telling people they need to play this game how you perceive the game to be. You have played MMO's of the past and hereby declare yourself the ruler of how all MMO's should be played? I for one don't like investing tons of time into a guild or into online social structures just to play a game. I LIKE Guild War 2. Don't tell me to go play another game either because I like playing this one and I like playing it with just a few real life friends that aren't always on. I also love dungeons and am a great player. I don't wipe over and over and I learn fast. But seriously you are saying I have to invest hours upon hours to deal with social issues of people just to run a dungeon? I pay money to ANet just like you. This isn't a subscription game where they HAVE to make me spend 400 hours in a guild to run their content. But yes, making this change to the way waypoints work cuts off a large segment of people that just like to log on, play the cool dungeon, and not have to deal with drama of guilds. Stop telling me how I should play.

i dont know what kind of guild experience youve had, but you could just join a casual guild. The guild im in is totally casual. Everyone helps each other out and we run dungeons with whoever in the guild is down for a dungeon run. Theres no drama. Some people are a lot more social then others, but its not that big a deal. Youd be surprised at how much better the game is when you play these dungeons with players you are familiar with.

But with all this complaining goingon, they should really just make each dungeon have an easy and hard mode. Problem solved.

this is a lot better. Im pretty sure every class has an instant revive skill. Now people will actually USE them! :o
How can you call this a bonehead move? Arnt most, if not all MMO's like this? Ive never played an mmo where you could just respawn and run back into the boss fight.
