i would also like to add a query on virtue of justice. when traited, VoJ when activated, blinds NEARBY foes. how does this work exactly?

from the description, when VoJ activated, next attack inflicts burning (instead of every 5th by guardian). does it mean that the foes who are blinded are the NEARBY foes next to the foe hit by the guardian or NEARBY foes blinded basically a short range PBAOE around the guardian? what is the range of the pbaoe?

is that all bersker grenade build from the youtube vid still viable?  i was thinking of incorporating slickshoes so in terms of utility skills, i would use slickshoes, grenade and rifle turret.

in the youtube vid, he was using wurm runes to get more vitality.  is this viable? or can use dps runes such as ranger, or toughness runes such as dolyak...then use vitality trinkets.

thanks for the replies.

i tested it out. made a group of 5. went to a BL. shouts hit 5 ppl randomly, sometimes ppl in the group and sometimes ppl outside the group but always just 5 ppl.   i think it was the same for virtues and empower.
