My Server Is Empty?

Hello guys.

I dont make this post to try to flame guild wars 2 is just i was out of guild wars for some time so today i decide to play agaian but my serve (Ring Of FIre) seems empty.. I mean there was no one around! So I decide to go check at Lions Arch and still I was almost alone! I mena i just saw a guy or two. even at the crafting spots. Empty! So after that a said ok lets go check at a high population server with guest system and still the things werent much better...

My question is where is every one?

Does Faster Recharge Traits Stuck?

If for example i take the following traits:
  • Illusionists Celerity: Illusion-summoning skills recharge 20% faster.
  • Phantasmal Haste: Phantasms recharge 20% faster.
  • Greatsword Training: +50 power while wielding a greatsword. Reduces recharge of greatsword skills by 20%.

Will this mean that my Phantasms when weilding a greatsword will recharge 60% faster?

Where this events are happening? And from what lvl do you start to come across them?

I am  lvl 40 (probably a bit low for this event) and i haven't seen any yet so was just wondering XD

Guild Wars 2 Sold Out!

I cant find the game anywhere in my country (greece) and I went to the official site of Guild Wars 2 today to see that everything is sold out XD

Does anyone know when they will have new copies for us? XD
