So is it more that you dislike every profession equally, or love them equally? I noticed you said you get bored, or find you don't like particular aspects of each profession, rather than having equal fun across every profession as the cause of your indecisiveness. Typically, a big part of even having a 'main' is the ability to just roll with the punches. You like the theme. You like the general playstyle. That's all that should be necessary - unless you're a huge min/max type gamer, most weaknesses shouldn't be too much of an initial issue with your choice. Rather, it should pose a challenge. Those are potential workarounds, and as your chosen profession, it could be satisfying to conquer it.
I would suggest just picking the one you least hate and try to find a means of attachment to your character other than what is clearly laid out for you. Find a purpose - perhaps seek out a great guild or cool peoples if you haven't already, and build up solid representation through that character? Eventually your guild or buddies would know you as X, and it would be a little bit easier to stick to your guns, so to speak.
Also, maybe try out a little roleplaying? It certainly isn't everyone's cup of tea, but the dimensions added can certainly cause one to harbor attachment to a specific toon, or at least look past some flaws.
Lastly, perhaps a break is in order? It could be you're simply burnt out.
