Signet of Malice sure is a good skill, but i think its not the optimal choice for fighting against solo mobs.
Running a crit build means, you have to dodge very often, using for example signet of agility to refill you endurance.
And yes, its normal for a thief to die after 3-5 hits...its not like a guardian/warr where you can stand in front of the mob all the time. You dont have any skills for blocking attacks, you have to avoid them.
You could equip Sword/Pistol, so you can blind the mobs around you all the time and hit up to 3 enemies with your auto attack.
Or you simply skill acrobatics and trickery for more endurance and better endurance regeneration.

Current state of the game: Still awesome.
Have 2 lvl 80, one @ 100% map, the other 67%, and still enjoy every DE, every vista, every PvP-Match, the WvW...and yeah, i still love the dungeons.

So umm lode stones were always suppose to  cost 2+ gold and globs 20+ silver each? So I guess precursors only costing 300 gold should be considered cheap? If this is the case then I welcome bots back. With these new prices you have to spend 300+ gold on items just to make the legendary(not including precursor).

You have to see it another way...bots are the reason why “normal“players have to sell their mats for less then they are are meant to be.
So a casual player will have more money after banning all bots. They get the same amount of loot, but can sell them for a higher price.

I have a trouble with them, too, actually. It is not perfect and it doesnt justify a 9 or a 10, but 4 is just totally unnecessary and wrong, people which vote 4 are just considering the bad things of the game, ignoring the good things that do exist in this game. For instance, I gave it a solid 7. But, again, 9 or 10 are completely wrong.

So i predict you are going to be rich in round about 5-6 years...
You know how a perfect mmo should look  like, should feel, should be programmed and so on, So i am looking forward to the release date of your mmo.
Otherwise i can´t explain how you could compare GW2 or any other mmo with a perfect mmo.

For me 10 Points is the only possible vote....never saw any gamebreaking bugs or sth like that. Never saw a release nearly as good as GW2 release. Never saw developers working so fast on new content an bugfixing.

So you can start argueing about personal feelings, or you can start accepting, that there are people who think GW2 is the best mmo released until now.
The best is not perfect, i know, but as long as nobody can tell me how a perfect mmo should be, i have to give the highest rating.

Hmm...am I really a hater for giving the game a score of 7 out of a possible 10?  5 would be average, 7 is definitely above average but not close to perfection.  The perfect game to me would be extremely enjoyable, have no discover-able bugs, and I would have 0 complaints about it.  Unfortunately, GW2 is not such a game and I have provided legitimate reasons as why it is not.  So am I a hater for not giving it a score of 11, or are you a fan boy?  11 out of a perfect score of 10 is my definition of what a fan boy would rate.

By the way, the game may costs only 50 euros to you, but it costs much more than that for many of us because we continue to support ArenaNet through the gem store with our money.

I wrote "i COULD call...", in my opinion you are not a "hater", but i think there are some people who think you are.
And i have nearly the same definition of a perfect game...but the difference is, i am down to earth.
I know it is impossible to release such a big project like a mmo without any bugs, so i have to evaluate the amount of bugs and how fast they work on them. And the bugfixes are really fast compared to all other mmo´s i have played until now.
I know it is impossible to have a perfect balance where every class has the same "rights to exist" in every single situation and section (PvE, PvP, WvW etc) when there are more then 5 different skills. Balance can only be reached, by changing the FOTM in a regular manner.

I accept, yes i understand other people complaining about GW2, but you also have to accept, that i have nothing to complain about. I never had a single situation ingame where i thought: "WTF, what have they done here for a bullsh..."
I have never had any complains about game mechanics, i have never found any gamebreaking bugs etc pp.
So just accept, that GW2 is the perfect game for my playstyle.

And to clarify: 10 Points for the actual state of the game, +1 point for the great potential.

And no, for all players the only costs are round about 50€...all other investments are optional, not necessary to see any content. I bought a gemcard, too, not because i had to do so, but rather because i wanted to support ANet.
