Get the latest of the latest drivers avialable for your video card and when you WvW turn a few options down maybe to reduce the pressure on your video card.

My two cents: the game is alot of fun, I think most people are just rushing things to much.
- MUST GET 80 ASAP
- MUST GET ENDSTAT GEAR ASAP
- etc...
Why not slow it down and let the environment take you in? Will make it a whole lot more fun.
And let's not forget that this game is still very young but even now incomparable imo to other games.
