Since Arena Net wont give out information on their DR system I am looking for some information based on player experience. Specifically:
What is the current time cut off for DR? (Used to be 30 mins, I can say for sure it is now at least 20 mins, is it any lower?)
Are the effects of DR continuous? (If I hit DR and get 75% rewards and run another dungeon hitting DR do I get 75% of the already reduced rewards, or the same as first time you hit DR?)
