Hey.
So, for the past couple of days I've been noticing a distinct decrease in performance, and after monitoring the windows Task Manager, I found out that the memory usage is constantly increasing, even if the PC is idle. One of the svchost.exe's is also using a lot of the CPU, although it comes and goes: if the PC is idle, it goes from 6% to 88%, I don't know if that's normal or not, but that added to the constant increase in memory usage and the performance decrease has let me worried.
I'm just asking if this is at all normal and I'm just overreacting or if it is indeed some kind of memory leak or some virus or malware? I use the Iobit Advanced system care and it hasn't detected any threats. I also am very careful about any site or information I give and haven't had any virus problems in the past, hence why I don't think it is one. Could be wrong, though, of course.
So, memory leak? Virus? Nothing at all?
Thanks in advance.
