Out of curiosity where does a Rifle/SD engineer sit (10/30/0/0/30)? I find their damage palatable in PvE, and like their CC (immobilize, two cripples, two knockbacks) but feel.. useless to a party. No Might, no Vulnerability, no Fury, I only bring damage.

I played Grenades for a month but eventually tired of trying to skill shot every single hit + keep an eye on cooldowns + escape one-shot mechanisms + keep up the 17 stacks of Might and perma Fury. I did put 10+ stacks of Vuln on a boss on my own, sometimes more, but it was an annoying game play. The Aether instance laser wall boss a particular case in mind.

I would love to love Elementalists since buffing the hell out of a party appeals to me, but attunement swapping with hidden spell cooldowns is pretty counter-intuitive. Not to mention having to play in melee to do aforementioned Might stacking or their spells not lending themselves to hit mobile targets.

Funny enough I use my guardian for my dailies and if I ever decide to go out and get map completion I'll use it as well. Perma swiftness.

50% boon extension (since we put out so many boons) and staff 3 gives a 3 second window without Swiftness. Trade Symbols Last Longer for -20% Two Hand CDs and it is perma.

As for the Mesmer, Runes of Centaur worked pretty well. Assuming you don't want your runes for something else, and that you're power/crit based.

Careful about the sigils ICDs, Coren, they prevent other sigils from activating.

Doesn't smoldering only add 10%, and burning/conditions only work on full seconds? Aka 1 second burn, two seconds burn. Not 1.2 seconds.
