Help in finding armor.

I’m having a hard time finding these gloves and shoulders. They are called PvP Plain Mantle (though they are actually the shoulders from the Wizard set) and the gloves Rubric Wraps.

Rubic Wraps I was told that dropped from the storyline and level 40 mobs. Not a single one in the TP says that’s a no. I even took the trouble of looking from level 30 to 50 and none matched the icon. Also, I’m level 70 and though I got the Rubric chest piece (called Slayer Chestguard, or something) no other Rubric armor has dropped since.

Any help would be appreciated even though my hopes are low.

Flamethrower + Elixir Gun. Doable?

I kind of like the whole idea of a Flamethrowing toting Asura and a elixir gun backup, but how viable is that?

I haven't leveled my engineer too far yet because neither the rifle nor the pistols have made it interesting but for the sheer visuals I like the idea of the engineer.
