*sigh*, I really don't want to live on this internet anymore...
Regarding the Monsanto discussion, from the top of my head I remember having read that they have been found to fake their own product's test results to gain certification in countries when they knew those didn't have the equipment/know-how to test them, they are actively pressuring goverment officials to act on their behalf and are generally known for business practices that are simply amoral, if legal, because they have the armadas of lawyers to back them up. (which admittedly, is nothing special in this league of course)
This is most likely only the tip of the iceberg, because companies like that are generally very good at covering up what goes wrong...

Stacking bleeds with duelists is not what I'd call "easy", and getting to 25 is not very realistic if your enemy is not a training golem. It would take you about ~40 seconds to stack up three duelists, provided nothing ever attacked them, you wouldn't be doing much yourself while waiting for the cooldown and you would be blocking your shatters for the entire time.
If anything, I'd do it with gs clones. They do almost the same bleed damage, they are expendable for shatters, and you can instantly summon 3 at them at the start of an encounter. In fact, if they ever let condition duration transfer to clones, I could actually see a potentially great new mesmer archetype emerging.
