GW2 is like Finland - there are lots of introverts & melancholic people. I don't want to play a game which reminds me of real life. :P

GW2 is more like Sweden, specifically for IKEA, instead of content we get furniture rearranging and always for the worse. I'll just have to live with the fact that Guild Wars was a one off and the talent has left the building. Now we have Cox's and interns  all ramming their pet projects down our throats with no thought to "Is this actually fun?".

I'm not re-installing the game for it I can tell you that. The last LS I even bothered with was the Scarlet finale* and since I missed some parts prior to that I had no idea who she even was, so to me she was just a cardboard villain of the month I didn't give a hoot about. After the lack of engagement with that I lost all drive to play further LS episodes and as such lost interest in playing the game altogether since this is all we're getting, apart from cash shop items and pointless removal of starter area funities (made up a word?). I mean the dredge quest from Wayfarer Foothills, why was that removed? Seriously, why? You still have to go in for the vista and will undoubtedly kill dredge along the way. I think some people at Anet are having to justify there jobs by doing pointless crap like this.

*Oh, I tell a lie, Scarlet wasn't the last LS I played, I tried the jumping thing in the desert place and I lasted about 30 minutes before I was back farming world bosses and another 3 hours till I uninstalled again.

As a player from headstart, this new system is pie hard rubbish...I'm not lying when I say it makes me no want to log out for good. If I thought at least one dev from GW had involvement...But sadly no, it's .........Gem store! Does the Guru forum sell Cox effigies yet?

Excited for? Nah, how about dreading. I install the game from time to time but it honestly feels like they are trying to push away gamers who have a clue and care about the games direction and instead focus on the "Mum/Dad, buy me this!" crowd.

This new update is the final nail laced with proof that the GW franchise is now dead to me. It was only a matter of time I guess. Borderlands did it with UVHM, Windows done it with 8. Etc.

Guess I just abandon ship when companies  think they know what is best for and what is wanted by gamers without even caring about gamers opinions. I think it was 10'000 gamers they 'claimed' were asked about downed etc. And their response (instead of adding a tutorial path)

"DUMB IT DOWN, DUMB IT ALL DOWN NOW!"

Maybe one day Anet will get their head out of their ivory towered superior race arses but I doubt it. Not to mention that's a flat out fail. Current Vet's now feel put upon even more so after the trait failure. New players wow, must be an empty experience for them. Everything is so pushed back.

ANET, IF ANYONE READING, IF A PIZZA SHOP HAD DECLINING SALES, YOU THINK THEY SHOULD ARTIFICIALLY DELAY DELIVERY TIMES TO IMPROVE?

WTF is going on over there?

I'm just curious how they could f*ck it up worse!
