She looks like some kind of aquatic goddess indeed! The color combination is really nice.

Just got my Ele to 80 yesterday, this is her look so far. I still need to find fitting gloves and perhaps another headpiece.

I made a mesmer when I got bored of elementalist (then turned her into my main because mesmers are awesome) and still wanted that look but not twice so I went with this. She gives me this aquatic plant vibe, I love it!

Finally got my ele to 80. Got allt he armor pieces I wanted for her except for gloves. Need to do TA a few more times.

It is human, but most of the armor is crafted so all races can wear it:
- chest: Winged Tunic (tailoring level 225–250, can be found from TP)
- pants: Embroidered Pants (tailoring level 5, you know this when you start tailoring, can be found from TP)
- shoes: Embroidered Sandals (tailoring level 5, also known when starting tailoring, can be found from TP)
- gloves: Profane Armor Skin (gem store, if you do not want to buy this, you can use Embroidered Wristguards that are part of same set as pants&shoes)
- shoulders & helm: hidden on picture
