I should have said in my last post - there seems to be many people complaining about fps with Phenom x6s. Your best upgrade would be an i5-3570K.
Upgrading the CPU and GPU would be best, but if you are happy with the way the graphics "look" with your HD5770, upgrading the CPU will do the most to help WvW fps.
