Question about Tool Kit the last update.

In the official forum some people posted some screens in PvE, showing that Toolkit's autoattack damage was greatly increased.

I think it's a cool thing, considering how the toolkit fits well with a tank and soldier stats, letting me create bunker with considerable damage.

But I tried the autoattack in the mist, and didn't notice any particular increase.
I tested it very quickly, without traits, so my results are not reliable.

My question is: did you notice any increase in Tool kit #1 in sPvP?

Rune of altruism in sPvP

Hey, I heard about this new rune, which just seems taylor-made for engineer's medkit.

But... seems like the armor/rune vendor in the Mists doesn't sell them.
And I don't find them even in the locker.

It is me who is blind, or this rune is not available in sPvP?
