laptop advice

Hello! I've been lurking around these forums for a while since I'm in the market for a new laptop. One of my concerns is how well it will be able to run GW2. I don't really need any sort of other specific modifications that need to considered. I'm looking to spend no more than $1000. Any suggestions?

addition: I like to WvW a lot and experience T1 zergs all the time.

I was looking into making the Arachnophobia shortbow for my thief, but can't find it anywhere on the TP. It doesn't show up when I search for it. I checked wiki to see if i could find more info about it, but no dice....says soulbound on use. anyone know why it doesn't show up in the search? crafting it is going to be so expensive....
