Can't you come to T1 and fight RG for a week? Like pointed out before, the major deciding factor for which tier a server ends up in is coverage. RG is a European guild that plays during european primetime. While they might be able to get some fights against american guilds during the weekend, when people can start early/stay up late, the rest of the weekend they would probably be left fighting a few puggies while the majority of the american players are still in school/uni/working. Transferring to SoS they would at least be guaranteed a fight against HB during their primetime.
so RG transferred to SoS to get some fights? lol. They want some fights to happen and they moved to the #1 server.

Seeing the OP post, was a clear demonstration that this was not respected.I had to rely on a google translator to get just the jists of what he was trying to say, and we all know that google translator is not the best translator ever. And if the guild leader doesn't even respect this ... Let's just hope that I do not wish to see Lion's Arch be flooded with Korean text the next time I go pay it a visit.

Kinda weird, but guess its not too surprising; their participation level dropped considerably the last month or so.
I'd have guessed anvil rock instead though since that's the only other big NA sPvP server along with SBI, and i know at least some of them play that regularly. The real endgame for gw2 should theoretically be sPvP, but anet seems to focus the vast majority of their resources on PvE crap.
Us not playing WvW during NA prime time doesn't mean we dropped considerably. We were still holding the majority of Asian/EU timeframe.
The thousand dollar question, that will determine T1 from now on, is who on SBI is going with WM? I'm sure SF and their founding die-hards are going to stick it out (after making so many public statements about transfers, I'd think they'd be to ashamed to do so). What about WMI though? Not to mention fairweather folks like Beastgate, who's noticeably silent all of the sudden.
As much as I'd like a shot at Blackgate, it would be a crying shame to lose SBI's presence in T1.
1. WMI doesn't exist anymore.
2. I don't really think anybody will follow us (as an individual they might but not as a guild)
