Inraged Twitch

in my personal story line quest "trading trickery" I can't seem the get the dengatl haylek to spawn after setting up the other tribe.  Not sure if its user error or if it something with the game but I've done it like 3 times now walking about talking to everyone even the barrel but nothing seems to trigger them.

some 1 help me? thanks

I just tried to throw some dyes I didn't want in the MF but nothing happened and I looked through the BWE update list and found nothing about it?  Is it a bug or did they indeed change something?
