The story is bad because the writing is terrible, plain and simple.

I played for 6 months, we're just going to play every so often now.  I love the dungeons a lot but we went back to SWTOR.  The things I don't like.  They run like snails, the dailies, the hearts, and the lack of feel of progression or and the undead.  What I like most is the dungeons and the character creation.  I will be playing Wildstar because I love quirky games and it will be a buy to play and they have real player housing.  I'll also play elder scrolls but not many of us are happy that there isn't player housing so I'll be sharing my gaming time between 4 mmos eventually but my main will be SWTOR which has been a pleasure to return to.  The Cartel Market packs have good stuff.  ANet has to get that right in their game.  I open CM packs I get really nice armor to keep or sell.  I open chests, I get garbage that gets thrown away.

It doesn't seem like much of an achievement when you have someone there to rez you, or being rezzed at all by random passersby. You would eventually get there even if you died every two steps. It would certainly be impressive if you managed it solo, but in this case it was only a test of patience.

It was a great idea and would be a great guild activity.

My problem with GW2 is that ANet is changing so much that it isn't the game I fell in love with in BWE3, though I will always come back and do dungeons, I'm playing SWTOR again, the stories are really, really good, and I've signed up to hopefully beta test Elder Scrolls Online.  Elder Scrolls are known for their dungeons so I at least want to see what the game is like.  Right now, I spend way fewer hours ing GW2 than I did originally.  Now I find everything a grind from the dailies to the legendary.  My friends only come back for dungeon runs too.

Absolutely hate the new dailies.  I don't craft on any characters except my main.  I don't dodge with my warrior in PvE.  I don't do combos because no one is around when I play.  So no, I don't like the new dailies.  I wish they left well enough alone.
