So, all of the engineer elites feel pretty sub par when it comes to single target DPS. Don't get me wrong, I like Supply Drop, but it just feels like more of an oh sh*t skill when multiple mobs get out of hand. Is it viable instead to use something like Hounds of Balthazar, Charr Warband, or Mistfire Wolf against bosses? Or do they just do too little damage/are too fragile?
I'm looking for good spots to farm solo. I'm usually on at odd hours so I don't always have a group to do speed runs for dungeons. It doesn't matter to me if it's an event path or just an area of mobs with solid loot, I just need to get enough gold to complete my Lyss and Ilya and I'd like to do it as fast as possible. I've also never done the whole Auction House thing though I understand you can make a ton of gold of you know what you're doing. I just don't want to gamble it away.
