Basically I've always been a fan of the asura T3 light armour (Mainly because of the robo arm) so I finally got bored of my current 80's and bought a low level Necromancer the chest.

Now here comes my problem.. For a long while I've been put off creating a light armour asura simply because of Staves. They clip horrendously into their ears and it drives me crazy, so it took me a while to find a scholar build that 'never' had to use a staff, which was a power necro. However, Im uncertain of the effectiveness and group-support of a vulnerability stacking necro with dagger/axe setup. So, before I start levelling this alt, what Scholar build do you think would be most beneficial (concerning WvW/Fractals/etc) 'without' the use of a staff? I already have a mesmer at 80, but if worse comes to worse, I'd happily re-level one.
